Every plan includes the same controls: human approval, two-factor sign-in, the full audit trail and Australian hosting. Security is not a tier.
How it is counted
What counts, and what does not.
Not counted
- Contacts outside your organisation who answer questions or approve on a secure link.
- Our support staff, who have no access to your client data by default.
- Client companies you disconnect. Counting follows what is connected today.
Access is by request.
While we onboard our first practices and businesses in Australia, plans are set up with you rather than bought from a page.
